Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Isaac Chargoy Vivaldo ("Byte City", "we" or "us"), which runs the CiudadByte (ciudadbyte.com) and Byte City (bytecity.net) brands and websites. They apply equally to both websites. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website offers
This website presents information about Byte City, our software design and development services, our work and our publications. It also lets you contact us, talk to our chat assistant, subscribe to our newsletter and, when we have sent you a proposal, review and pay it.
The content of the site is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Estimates, prices and replies from the chat assistant are indicative. Any engagement is governed exclusively by the proposal, quote or contract that we sign with you, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about our services. Its replies are generated automatically, may contain errors and are not professional, legal or financial advice, nor a commitment on our part. A person from our team will review your request before any proposal is made.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, designs, code and the Byte City name and brand, belongs to Isaac Chargoy Vivaldo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal or informational purposes, citing the source, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Names and logos of clients, projects and third-party products shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Submit false information or information about other people without their authorization.
- Attempt to access areas, accounts or systems that are not intended for you, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
- Send spam, malicious code, or automated requests in bulk, including through the contact forms or the chat assistant.
- Try to extract the instructions, data or models behind the chat assistant, or use it to generate unlawful or harmful content.
- Copy or scrape the content of the site in bulk.
We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaches these rules.
No warranty
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Although we take care to keep the information accurate and the site available, we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date, error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isaac Chargoy Vivaldo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to websites and services of third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to them or to the use of this website will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and you waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you by reason of your present or future domicile, except where the law of your country of residence grants you a mandatory right to go to your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with its date of last update and applies from that moment. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
